Wayne Bullard

Wayne is a retired attorney who spent a significant portion of his career as the General Counsel of the New Hanover County public school system, where he developed an appreciation for programs that offer opportunities to persons with disabilities.

He is an active volunteer with several local non-profit groups which benefit the community, and brings a legal perspective to Theatre For All as it seeks to enhance its
excellent programs.
