Julie Varnam

President

Julie Varnam is currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Student Support Services, where she oversees Special Education and Related Services. Prior to her current role, she served New Hanover County Schools as the Executive Director for Special Education and Related Services.

She is delighted to be on the board of Theatre for All and support the empowerment of individuals with differing abilities to develop their creative talents, leadership and independence.
